By accessing or using TimeZoneCheck ("Service"), including our website at timezonecheck.com and our Slack application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TimeZoneCheck provides timezone lookup, conversion, and meeting planning tools via our website and Slack application. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account or installing our Slack app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid features are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Free Tier Limitations

Free tier usage is subject to daily limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Abuse of the free tier may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TimeZoneCheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that timezone data is always accurate, as daylight saving time rules can change. Always verify critical time-sensitive information.

9. Limitation of Liability

TimeZoneCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeZoneCheck from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
